We are seeking a full time, talented and passionate chef to support our head chef and kitchen at a thriving cafe in Sanctuary Cove.

We run a breakfast and smaller lunch menu with operating hours of 6am - 2pm 7 days a week (From time to time we also provide catering and function services).
n
Experience in cafe and / or breakfast service is highly regarded and weekend availability is essential. Effective communication with staff and owners isparamount. Experience with inventory management / ordering is preferred.

There is also an opportunity for the right applicant to assist with their touch on the menu as we update seasonally while adhering to a theme of utilising Australian natives throughout our offering (Experience with Australian native ingredients isn't essential, but a passion for creating and serving delicious, interesting dishes is highly regarded).

- Comply with all food safety and health regulations

What we're looking for
n
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a breakfast Chef in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment
n
- Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes
n
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
