WesTrac is seeking experienced Product Support Advisors to join our Regional Product Support Team on a FIFO basis across Newman, Paraburdoo, Gudai Darri and other regional sites. You’ll improve CAT fleet performance, reliability and availability while enjoying a supportive team, contemporary workshops and a strong FIFO lifestyle.
Responsibilities include diagnostics, preventative maintenance guidance, warranty support and cost-optimisation initiatives, with rosters including 8/6, 4/3 or 14/7 patterns.
