Accessory Fitter / Pre-Delivery Technician

Country Motor Company is a well-established automotive dealership located on the NSW South Coast.

n

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter / Pre-Delivery Technician to join our Bomaderry team.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and takes pride in doing the job properly. Our customers see the finished vehicle - we see the work that went into it, so quality workmanship and attention to detail matter to us.

About the role

n

Fit genuine and aftermarket vehicle accessories

n

Install bull bars, tow bars, canopies, snorkels, side steps, driving lights and other accessories

n

Carry out electrical accessory installations where required

n

Complete pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation

n

Follow manufacturer fitting instructions and dealership procedures

n





Ensure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard

n

Communicate job progress and any parts requirements or delays with the team

n

About you

n

Previous accessory fitting, pre-delivery or similar automotive experience

n

Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

n

Robust attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n

Reliable with a positive attitude

n

A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar qualification would be highly regarded but is not essential for the right person.
