Warehouse Storeperson / Driver - Castle Hill

To maintain their high standards of service and operational efficiency, they are currently seeking an experienced, mature, and motivated Warehouse Storeperson / Driver to join their team in Castle Hill.

Position Overview:-

n

This is a rapid-paced, hands-on role where you will take ownership of the warehouse floor. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock control, processing inbound and outbound air-conditioning units, and safely delivering materials to various sites. This role is ideally suited to a physically fit, highly organised individual who enjoys an early morning start and wants to build a long-term career with a supportive industry leader.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:

n
- Picking, packing, and dispatching A/C units and related materials
n
- Receiving and processing inbound freight, units, and consignments
n
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers using a walk-behind forklift
n
- Managing stock rotation, cycle counting, and ordering materials
n
- Delivering units and materials to various sites using a company Ute
n
- Performing safe manual handling of goods and general repair work as required
n
- Completing computer-based tasks, including data entry and emails
n
- General warehouse cleaning, housekeeping, and ensuring strict adherence to WH&S; standards
n

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:

n
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence (Essential for site deliveries) and ability to drive a work Ute when required
n
- Experience in warehousing, stock control, and dispatch highly regarded
n
- Physically fit and capable of safely lifting and handling heavy goods
n
- Good communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong team-player mindset
n

Salary Range:- Attractive salary, dependent on experience level
