About the Role:

n

We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team!

n

We are looking for thosewho areteam-orientated, have a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

n

About the Role

n

Within this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

n

Daily processing of all progress claims, deposits or variations and updating the relevant workflow activities.

n

Daily receipting and reconciliation of all client payments, either via cheque, credit card or EFT.

n

Responsible for the collection of outstanding claims to ensure overdue amounts are within acceptable levels.

n





Attend to all queries relating to claims/AR both from internal stakeholders and external clients/stakeholders.

n

Assist the account team as required to ensure smooth functioning of the whole team.

n

Other adhoc tasks are required by the team leader or manager.

n

To be successful in this position you need to demonstrate the following attributes

n

2 years hands on accounts receivable experience

n

Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy

n

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

n

Positive attitude with abilities to build strong working relationships across various stakeholder groups.

n

Prior experience in the construction industry is highly regarded

n

Prior experience using DataBuild is preferred

n
