The Roster Support Office at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Coordinator (Rostering) to join their team on a temporary basis. This role supports rostering efficiency and will deliver the Integrated Workforce Management Program Stage 3 for Nursing & Midwifery across the Health Service.
You will work within Human Resources to partner with line managers, focus on data integrity, and promote quality patient services through sustainable rostering improvements.
