As the Garden MaintenanceTeam Leader at Lux, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our clients outdoor spaces. This hands‐on position requires practical expertise and solid leadership qualities. You will lead and work alongside our small maintenanceteam, overseeing and participating in a range of gardening and horticultural tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, and pest management.

Qualifications

n

Qualification in Horticulture or a related field preferred; Cert III in Horticulture will be highly regarded

n

Proven experience in gardening and horticulture, with a minimum of 3 years of experience

n





Physical fitness and the capacity to perform physically demanding tasks

n

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead by example

n

Organisational skills to plan and coordinate tasks effectively

n

Current driver's licence (maintenancevan is provided)

n

Key Responsibilities

Leading themaintenanceteam, guiding them in day-to-day tasks and ensuring high-quality work

n

Performing a range of gardening and horticultural tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, and pest management

n

Overseeing gardenmaintenanceschedules with consistent work across premium gardens

n

Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and providing expert advice on garden care
