Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail store, manage volunteers and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive merchandising, stock presentation, pricing and inventory control while ensuring safe, compliant operations and solid community engagement.

You will recruit, support, train and recognise volunteers, foster a positive team culture, and maximise store performance to support Anglicare's mission across New South Wales.
