About the role

n

The Payroll Officer will join the team on a six-month, full time fixed-term contract, working collaboratively within the Finance team to support the global organisation and contribute to its smooth and efficient operations.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

- End-to-end processing of the payroll cycle
n
- Providing payroll services across the organisation
n
- Maintaining and updating the payroll system
n
- Ensure that payroll system information is consistent with employee Contracts of Employment
n
- Provide professional and timely responses to payroll queries and requests
n




- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Experience working in an end-to-end payroll function
n
- Proficient in standard business software packages including Microsoft Office
n
- Ceridian Dayforce payroll experience would be highly desirable
n
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
n
- Able to effectively deal with sensitive matters whilst maintaining confidentiality
n
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
n
