As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

About You:





n

n
- Have a minimum of 1 years retail management experience.
n
- Experience in managing a team of 2 or more.
n
- Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI's.
n
- Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities.
n
- Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team.
n
- Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
n
- Have an interest in fashion and trends.
n
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation.
n
- Work with others and also alone as this is the nature of the roster.
