RACV Retail Outlet in Traralgon is seeking a customer service specialist to join our team. You will assist RACV members in store and over the phone with Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance, Travel Insurance and Attraction tickets, while also supporting the Memberline Contact Centre with inbound calls.

This is a permanent full-time role (38 hours) on a 6-week cycle roster with extensive training (7 weeks full time).
