About the Role

n

We're looking for a Production Coordinator who loves working with clients, keeping productions on track, and being at the centre of a busy creative team.

n

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building robust relationships but also thrives on organisation, structure, and making sure things actually get done.

n

You'll be the go-to person for your clients, while working closely with our internal production team to ensure every project runs smoothly from brief through to final delivery.

n

No two days will look the same, you'll be managing timelines, coordinating shoots, communicating with clients, and making sure every production stays on track and meets expectations.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Managing client relationships and being their main point of contact
n
- Leading onboarding, briefs, and project kick-offs
n
- Developing pre-production plans including timelines, shot lists, and logistics
n
- Creating and coordinating storyboards and creative briefs with the production team
n
- Scheduling shoots and allocating crew and resources
n
- Coordinating projects from pre-production through to post-production and final delivery
n
- Managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple productions
n




- Overseeing post-production workflows including editing schedules, revision rounds, and delivery milestones
n
- Liaising between clients, editors, motion designers, and the wider creative team
n
- Communicating project updates clearly and proactively to clients
n
- Identifying issues early and solving problems before they escape
n
- Ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and quality standards
n
- Supporting quoting, booking confirmations, and general project admin
n

- Experience in account management, production coordination, or an agency environment
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Confident communication skills with both clients and internal teams
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

- Someone who takes ownership and follows things through

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Experience in a creative, media, or production environment
n
- Familiarity with pre-production and post-production workflows

- Experience working with property, real estate, or hospitality clients

- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar project management platforms
n
- Confidence supporting timelines, budgets, or quoting
n
