Tree Labourers / MR Drivers – Full-Time Opportunities

Are you a reliable and hardworking MR Driver looking to join a great team and build a long-term career in the arboriculture industry?

We are seeking Tree Labourers / MR Drivers to join our client's crews across Melbourne. This is a hands‐on outdoor role offering ongoing work, with the opportunity to become a full‐time team member for the right person.

n

Once permanent, there are opportunities for further training and study, allowing you to develop your skills and progress within the business.

n

Our client's depot locations include:

- North Melbourne
n
- Moorabbin

About the Role

n

Working alongside experienced tree crews, your duties may include:

n

n
- Tree planting and establishment works
n
- Mulching and garden bed preparation
n
- Tree staking and support installation
n
- Watering newly planted trees
n
- Operating wood chippers
n
- General labouring and ground crew duties
n
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
n
- Site clean‐up and housekeeping
n
- Driving MR vehicles between work locations
n
- Working safely around pedestrians, traffic, and public areas
n

- Current MR Licence (essential)
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
n
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to turning up every day
n
- Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather
n
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work effectively within a team
n
- Willingness to learn and develop current skills
n
- Experience in tree work, landscaping, construction, civil, or outdoor labouring highly regarded
n
- Chainsaw/Chipper Tickets highly desirable
n
- Chipper experience advantageous
n
- White Card desirable
n
