We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor (Mobile Maintenance) to join our Kwinana team and take the next step in their career.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Maintain a safe system of work by promoting and demonstrating safe work practices for all tasks and ensuring safety compliance
Prioritise equipment and organising personnel effectively to ensure workshop efficiency, high machine availability and reliability
Facilitate daily work team meetings
Provide technical guidance and coaching to mobile maintenance personnel including a willingness to use your experience to jump in and aid repairs where required
Manage the day to day operations of the Workshop
Assist the regional maintenance teams with technical queries, sourcing parts and arranging contract labour as required
Assist the Maintenance Manager and Project teams with logistics and freight management
ABOUT YOU:
Proven experience in leading a maintenance team
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Solid experience managing employee relations; leadership coaching, technical coaching, managing personnel against KPI’s and company values
Experience with field service repairs, preventative maintenance and fault diagnostics
Ability to understand and interpret OEM manuals and schematics
Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business
Ability to work both autonomously when required and as part of a team
Able to complete and pass a thorough Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
Committed to safety, problem solving and working as part of a team
