Pinpoint Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a 5-person in-house team and oversee a high-usage precinct. You’ll drive service delivery, compliance, asset performance, and continuous improvement across multiple buildings while partnering with contractors to maximise outcomes.

Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, you will shape long-term strategy, manage budgets and capital works, and ensure WHS, building standards, and BMS knowledge underpin daily
