Join a premium interior design showroom based in Rosebery, offering customers an elevated & consultative experience. The showroom works with both walk-in customers and trade clients and prides itself on service, product knowledge, and long-term relationships.

About the role

n

This is a customer-facing Showroom Consultant role focused on guiding clients through design-led product selections. You'll work in a supportive, professional environment where training is provided and commission is uncapped. No direct industry experience is required - attitude and people skills are key.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver a high level of customer service to walk-in and existing clients with a primary focus on sales
n
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and builders
n
- Guide customers through product selections with confidence
n
- Manage enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
n
- Maintain showroom presentation and standards
n




- Prospecting will be minimal initially and increase over time
n

n

Skills & experience

n

Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service (not industry-specific)

n

Interior design students or graduates encouraged to apply!

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

n
- Sales driven, energetic & loves working with people
n

n

Mature-minded, reliable, and professional

n

Driver's licence preferred but not essential

n
