Job Description
As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will be responsible for:
n
n
- Safe setup and operation of boom pumps (20m-47m)
n
- Conducting pre-start inspections and daily maintenance checks
n
- Coordinating with site supervisors and concrete suppliers
n
- Ensuring safe placement of concrete in accordance with site requirements
n
- Managing hose lines and working closely with your line hand
n
- Adhering to all WHS procedures and site-specific requirements
n
- Maintaining accurate dockets and job records
n
n
This role requires confidence, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
n
Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa to be considered for this position.
n
This role involves rotating shift patterns to meet project demands.
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
- Minimum 1-2 years experience operating concrete boom pumps is required
n
nn
- Full Heavy Rigid (HR) licence is required
n
nn
- High Risk Work Licence - PB must be held at the time of application
n
- Valid Concrete Boom pump VOC Licence - PB
n
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
- Strong understanding of safe work practices
n
- Ability to read site plans and understand pour requirementsProfessional presentation and communication skills
n
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
n
n
