Your Opportunity As our Revenue and Receivables Officer, you will support the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant end-to-end revenue and receivables processes. Working closely with residents, clients, families, operational leaders and internal stakeholders, you'll help manage client accounts, process payments and fees, support debtor management activities and contribute to a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounts receivable professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment where attention to detail, customer focus and teamwork are highly valued. With integrity and resilience, you will:

- Manage client and resident account administration, including account setups, fee adjustments, transfers and departures.
n
- Process receipting, fee generation and account transactions accurately and within required timeframes.
n
- Monitor accounts, investigate discrepancies and assist with resolving outstanding account issues.
n
- Support debtor follow-up activities and contribute to the reduction of aged debt in line with Anglicare policies.
n
- Assist with month-end and year-end processing, reconciliations and reporting while maintaining compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.

- Deliver responsive, high-quality service to residents, clients, families and internal stakeholders.

You will also need

n

n
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, client account management or a similar finance-related role.
n




- A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
n
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
n
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy when processing financial transactions and reconciliations.
n
- Sound understanding of accounts receivable processes and debtor management.
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with residents, clients, families and internal stakeholders.
n

Ideally, you will also have

n

n
- Experience working in aged care, health, community services or a large, complex organisation.
n
- Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
n
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues during busy periods.
n
