Job Description

Glad Group in Victoria is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to uphold safety and protect people and property across retail and commercial sites. You will perform patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents with qualified communication.

The role requires a State Security Licence, senior first aid, flexibility across a 24/7 roster, and strong teamwork. You will liaise with clients, tenants and staff while maintaining high standards of service.
