- Lead the Williamstown store and take it to the next level

- Work a 33-hour Sunday to Thursday roster
n
- Build and grow strong relationships with the loyal local customer base
n
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
- Work closely with the Store Manager to lead by example
n
- Create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive store environment
n
- Motivate the DREAMTEAM to live DECJUBA's values on every shift

- Support the store's new direction and growth

- Contribute to visual merchandising and styling

- Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business

- Great visual merchandising and styling skills
