Priceline Pharmacy Gowrie is seeking a motivated Intern Pharmacist to join our team in a full-time position, with an immediate start available.

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

As our Intern Pharmacist, you will work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist while developing the practical knowledge and professional skills required for your pharmacy career.

n

- Preparing prescriptions accurately and efficiently under pharmacist supervision
n
- Counselling customers on prescription and over-the-counter medicines under supervision
n
- Supporting the provision of Dose Administration Aids
n
- Providing professional and approachable customer service
n
- Practising in accordance with relevant legislation and professional guidelines
n




- Following pharmacy policies and procedures
n
- Building positive relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals
n
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the pharmacy
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

n

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

n

n
- A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent completed before commencement
n
- Eligibility for provisional registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
n
- A strong focus on patient-centred care
n
- Clear and effective communication skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- The ability to work effectively within a busy pharmacy team
n
- A genuine desire to learn and develop as a pharmacist
n

SALARY & BENEFITS

- $33–$40+ per hour, depending on experience and negotiable
