About Us
Blanche Smiles Dental Studio is a boutique, all-female dental practice that's been open for 4 months and we're already thriving! Our owner, Michelle started teeth whitening back in 2023 and has now opened her first Dental Studio. Our small but mighty team includes three Oral Health Therapists, one Dental Assistant, and one Dentist. We're proud of the warm, professional environment we've built, and our patients agree - they travel from all over Melbourne and Victoria to see us.

We love what we do, we love a laugh, and we take real pride in delivering exceptional patient care with a personal touch.

About the Role
We're looking for a passionate, patient-focused Dentist to join our growing team. Our current dentist's books are full until August (they only work Fridays), so we urgently need extra hands to keep up with demand.

What we're offering:

Days: Tuesday–Thursday, with possible Saturdays (flexible hours)

Flexible hours — we're open late on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 8pm, so there's room to find a schedule that suits you





Salary and hours fully negotiable

What you'll bring:

A genuine interest in cosmetic dentistry — we specialise in teeth whitening, and our patients are increasingly interested in bonding and other cosmetic treatments

Current AHPRA registration

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

Australian dental graduate preferred
