The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team within our Residential Aged Care service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist who enjoys building meaningful relationships with residents, working collaboratively with clinical teams, and making a genuine difference in the lives of older people. You will play a key role in promoting mobility, independence, comfort and quality of life while supporting residents to achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, develop and implement individualised physiotherapy programs for residential aged care residents.
- Promote mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
- Deliver evidence-based pain management and rehabilitation interventions.
- Conduct falls risk assessments and implement prevention strategies.
- Prescribe and review mobility aids and equipment.
- Provide education and support to nursing staff and care employees on secure manual handling,



mobility techniques and best practice care.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Care Staff, Allied Health Professionals and General Practitioners to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all professional and regulatory requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
- Experience in aged care, rehabilitation or a related clinical setting (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of older people.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
