Key Highlights
- Salary: $40–$55 per hour + Super
- Caseload: 75% aged care | 25% NDIS (flexible mix depending on your preference)
- Dedicated admin team managing your calendar + referrals
- Part-time role (minimum 3 days per week) with pathway to full-time
- Flexible working hours between 8am–6pm (no weekends or after-hours work)
- Structured onboarding with NO LIMIT on shadowing

About the Role
- Provide community-based Speech Pathology services across Western Sydney (Penrith to Liverpool, extending into the Hills region)
- Work with a predominantly aged care caseload, with optional NDIS exposure
- Deliver assessments, therapy, and report writing focused on functional outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients through consistent, ongoing support
- Collaborate closely with OTs, Physios, and Exercise Physiologists
- Participate in group training and team development initiatives
- Gradually build your caseload to full-time after a 6-month part-time probation period
- Support Available:Structured onboarding including shadowing visits
- Direct support from two experienced Speech Pathologists
- Work alongside another senior Speech Pathologist (7+ years experience)
- Flexible supervision options (telehealth, in-person, before/after team meetings)
- Strong admin support — no need to manage your own bookings
- Clear internal structure with team leaders across disciplines
