Service covering areas: Sydney Metro (flexible based on your location)
This is a unique opportunity to step into a growing service line. With increasing demand for podiatry and limited current coverage, you’ll have the chance to build, influence, and expand the podiatry offering within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The management team (including the director) all come from clinical backgrounds, meaning they truly understand the day-to-day of being a therapist. Their model is built around support, collaboration, and flexibility, not rigid KPIs or unrealistic expectations.
Key Highlights
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate (aligned with experience) + super
- Caseload: Predominantly aged care, vascular, diabetic neuropathy, ulcers, balance issues, wound healing, skin & nail, musculoskeletal issues
- Dedicated admin team managing your calendar + referrals
- Full-time role with autonomy to shape your service delivery
- Flexible working hours between 8am–6pm (no weekends or after-hours work)
- Structured onboarding with NO LIMIT on shadowing
- Dedicated customer service team to manage scheduling and referrals
- Regular clinical supervision and multidisciplinary support

About the Role
- Provide community-based podiatry services across the Sydney Metro,
based around your home location
- Work with a predominantly aged care caseload
- Deliver assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing foot care management
- Focus on mobility, independence, and preventative care
- Build and shape the podiatry service offering within the business (collaborate with 4 podiatrists)
- Collaborate closely with OTs, Speechies, Physios, and Exercise Physiologists
- High opportunity for a team leader role
- Contribute to new initiatives
- Support Available: Structured onboarding, including shadowing visits
- Direct support from an experienced multidisciplinary team
- Flexible supervision options (telehealth, in-person, before/after team meetings)
- Solid admin support — no need to manage your own bookings
