About the role

Join the growing and innovative Power Solutions team at Legrand, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering electrical infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Prestons, NSW, this position offers the chance to combine technical expertise, project coordination and stakeholder engagement while supporting the successful delivery of industry-leading power solutions. Reporting to the National Commercial Manager - Projects, you will play a key role in coordinating Power Solutions projects from quotation through to delivery. Working closely with customers, contractors, consultants, switchboard manufacturers and internal stakeholders, you will provide project coordination, technical support and commercial assistance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating Power Solutions projects from quotation through to completion

- Preparing quotations, project costings and bills of materials from project drawings and specifications

- Assisting in the development of power distribution solutions and project proposals

- Providing technical advice and support to customers and internal stakeholders

- Interpreting electrical drawings, specifications and compliance requirements

- Monitoring project progress and assisting with the resolution of technical and operational issues

- Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and switchboard manufacturers

- Supporting Sales teams with project opportunities and technical engagement activities

- Maintaining accurate project and quotation data within business systems

- Contributing to continual improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery and customer experience

About you

- Electrical Engineering qualification, Electrical Trade qualification, or equivalent industry experience

- Previous experience within the electrical industry, ideally within power distribution, switchboards, electrical design,



project coordination or a related technical environment

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, products and industry standards

- Experience preparing quotations, bills of materials and technical project documentation

- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills

- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, will be highly regarded
