The Opportunity
You'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for designing, developing and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities across a range of business-critical functions. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
- Design, build and maintain workflows and process automations
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Participate in solution design, testing and deployment activities
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and project partners
- Contribute to platform best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

We're Interested in Candidates With

Junior ServiceNow Developers

- Foundational ServiceNow development or administration experience
- Experience with platform configuration and workflows
- Understanding of JavaScript,



scripting or low-code development concepts
- Solid learning mindset and desire to build technical capabilities

Mid-Level ServiceNow Developers

- Experience delivering ServiceNow development and customisation projects
- Knowledge of workflow automation and scoped applications
- Integration development experience
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team outcomes

Senior ServiceNow Developers

- Extensive ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments
- Advanced scripting and platform customisation expertise
- Strong experience developing scoped applications and complex integrations
- Ability to provide technical leadership and solution guidance

Essential Requirements

- Current NV1 Security Clearance
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Sydney-based candidates preferred, with flexibility for exceptional candidates in Melbourne, Canberra, other locations
