About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the business while working closely with leadership to strengthen operations, improve workflows and support continued growth.

You will help ensure clinicians, admin staff, clients and families are supported through clear systems, strong communication and efficient practice operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations and team workflows
• Support clinicians and admin staff with systems, communication and processes
• Monitor team capacity, performance and operational priorities
• Support billable success across the team
• Assist with business development calls and referral relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, client experience and service delivery
• Support onboarding, internal communication and team culture
• Work closely with leadership on business growth and operational planning

About You

You may already be a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, Service Coordinator,



Team Leader or Senior Administrator looking for a role with more purpose, variety and impact.

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence improving systems, workflows and processes
• A warm, professional and practical approach
• Ability to support team performance and business priorities
• Confidence building relationships with referrers and stakeholders
