DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Talent Strategy & Projects Partner for a temporary opportunity within a major South Australian health organisation.

Reporting to the Director HR, this role will be responsible for delivering recruitment operations, talent strategy initiatives, and workforce projects in a complex and fast-paced environment. We are seeking a candidate who can quickly step into the role, build strong stakeholder relationships, provide high-level recruitment advice, and contribute to strategic workforce initiatives with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
- Provide strategic workforce and recruitment advice to stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, governance, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to workforce planning, talent strategy, and HR projects
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, or HR projects
- Previous experience working within SA Health or a comparable healthcare environment
- Previous experience working within the South Australian Government
- Strong understanding of public sector recruitment processes, governance, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and provide high-level recruitment advice
- Advanced working knowledge of PageUp and CHRIS21
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a agile environment

Mandatory Pre-Employment Requirements Due to the urgent nature of this role and the requirement for an immediate commencement,



applicants must already hold:

- A current National Police Check (NPC)
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Applicants must also meet SA Health Category B Immunisation Requirements.
