Your Role

As our Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors with warmth and courtesy.

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently.

- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.

- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.

- Performing data entry and property activity reporting.

- Assisting the Sales team with administrative needs.

- Providing support to the Property Management team.

- Handling rental payments and banking duties.

What We're Looking For

We believe that the right attitude is just as important as experience. While previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred,



we value excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will also have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

- A professional and friendly demeanor with a can-do attitude.

- Polished presentation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive outlook.

- Knowledge of Property Me and Rex is a plus.
