We are looking for a Full-Time Inbound Supervisor to join our growing team.

About the Role

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the inbound team, delegating tasks, maintaining productivity and ensuring daily KPIs are consistently achieved, all while upholding the our Collective Golden Door Standard that our clients expect.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the centre of our operation. You’ll oversee PO processing and stock control, manage the Delivery Booking Sheet, run the day and be the first point of contact for resolving issues before they become bigger problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the inbound team on the warehouse floor

- Delegate daily tasks and ensure the team remains productive

- Oversee PO processing and stock control

- Manage the Delivery Booking Sheet

- Monitor and achieve daily operational KPIs

- Identify and resolve operational issues

- Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety and presentation

- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and keep management informed





- Drive continuous improvement across inbound operations

- Assist with general warehouse duties when required

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who thrives on the warehouse floor and leads by example

- Previous warehousing experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities

- A explicit and confident communicator who can rally a team

- A genuine commitment to safety, accuracy and continuous improvement

- Confidence using warehouse management systems

- A positive attitude and willingness to get hands-on

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous warehousing experience preferred but not essential

- Supervisory or team leadership experience is highly regarded
