We’re looking for enthusiastic Casual Store Attendants to join our Malvern store. If you love discovering new wines, enjoy talking to people and take pride in helping customers find something they’ll love, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Casual Store Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping customers navigate our wine range, discover new producers and varieties, and find the right bottle for every occasion.

You’ll have the opportunity to build your knowledge across wine regions, grape varieties, styles and producers, while learning how to confidently make recommendations based on what customers like, what they’re eating and what they’re looking for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly, engaging and knowledgeable customer service.
- Helping customers discover wines based on their taste, occasion and budget.
- Sharing your enthusiasm and growing knowledge of wine with customers.
- Learning about new and interesting wines, producers and regions.
- Making thoughtful product recommendations across wine and the wider range.
- Processing sales through the point-of-sale system.
- Replenishing shelves and maintaining beautiful, easy-to-shop wine displays.
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented.
- Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy.




- Working closely with your team to create a great in-store experience.
- Following all liquor licensing requirements and store procedures.

About You

You’ll be someone who:

- Has a genuine interest in wine and enjoys learning about it.
- Loves discovering new wines, regions, producers and varieties.
- Enjoys talking to people and helping them find something they’ll enjoy.
- Is curious, enthusiastic and keen to keep building their product knowledge.
- Is reliable, motivated and comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Takes pride in presentation and attention to detail.
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You don’t need to be a wine expert. Curiosity and enthusiasm are more important than knowing everything on day one. Previous retail, hospitality, customer service or wine experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We’ll provide the training and support to help you build your knowledge and confidence.
