About the Role

We're looking for an Engineering Associate / Draftsperson with some hands-on experience to join our engineering and design team. You'll produce detailed structural and architectural models and drawings using Revit, coordinate across disciplines, and work closely with our engineers from concept through to construction documentation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has started their career in drafting or engineering support and is ready to take the next step — with mentoring from senior engineers, exposure to a wide range of project types, and a clear pathway to further qualifications and professional development.

What You'll Do

- Produce detailed models and drawings in Revit and Civil3d for structural and civil projects

- Coordinate drawings across structure, civil, architecture, and building services

- Check drawings for accuracy and consistency with established standards

- Work from sketches, engineer direction, and design information to produce finished technical drawings

- Assist engineers with site visits, meetings,



and document management

- Contribute to BIM workflows and help maintain office standards and templates

What We're Looking For

- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across large drawing sets

- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn

Desirable

- Experience in structural or civil engineering drafting

- Familiarity with Australian Standards and drawing conventions

- Proficiency or previous experience with Autodesk Revit or Autodesk Civil 3d.

- Ability to undertake an Associate Degree in Engineering.
