Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own the entire digital funnel – from paid channels to SEO, CRO and lifecycle — and work alongside a world class engineering and product team to scale a growing SaaS business.

About our client

Our client is a growing B2B SaaS company based in North Sydney, operating in a niche but rapidly expanding vertical. They’ve built a product that’s genuinely loved by their customers and now they need someone to lead the charge on digital marketing — owning the strategy, managing agency partners, running paid campaigns, and working hand-in-hand with the product and engineering teams on conversion, retention and growth.

This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the CEO, with the autonomy to build the function from scratch and a transparent path to Head of Marketing as the team scales.

The opportunity

You’ll be the first dedicated marketing hire, which means this is a blank canvas role for someone who thrives on building, not just managing. You’ll own:

- Paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- SEO strategy and execution
- Email marketing and lifecycle automation
- CRO – working with the engineering team on landing pages, flows and funnels
- Content strategy and oversight
- Marketing analytics and attribution
- Agency and vendor management





What we’re looking for in a Digital Marketing Manager

- 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS workplace
- Hands-on experience across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) — you can run campaigns yourself, not just manage agencies
- Solid understanding of SEO (on-page and technical)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign or similar)
- A data-first mindset — you’re comfortable in GA4, Looker Studio or similar
- Bonus: Experience with CRO, A/B testing, or working alongside a product team
- Nice to have: Experience marketing to a technical or enterprise buyer
