Are you an experienced Customer Service Officer looking for a role that offers flexibility around school hours? MotorOne Autobody is seeking a friendly, organised, and professional team member to support our Geelong South and Geelong North repair centres.

? About the Role

This is a part-time position with school-based hours, working across our Geelong South and Geelong North locations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers and visitors

- Managing phone calls and email enquiries

- General administration and office support

- Providing updates to customers throughout the repair process

- Assisting with customer vehicle drop-offs and collections

- Supporting Site Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks

- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area

✅ About You

To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Previous customer service and reception experience

- Strong administration skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

- Confidence using computers and business software

- A reliable and professional work ethic

- A positive, team-focused attitude

Experience within the automotive repair industry is highly regarded but not essential.
