We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team at our Woden Store in a Full-time capacity. About the Role

- Lead a retail Store: Inspire and develop your team to deliver personalised, premium customer experiences that exceed expectations.
- Drive store performance: Achieve sales targets, maximise profitability and identify opportunities to grow business results.
- Champion excellence in every detail: Ensure the highest standards of presentation, merchandising and customer service are consistently maintained.
- Build solid stakeholder relationships: Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to support store success and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure operational excellence: Uphold all legal, compliance and risk management requirements while maintaining exceptional retail standards; and
- Create a positive and safe environment: Foster a culture where team members and customers feel valued, supported and welcomed.

About You

- Proven leadership experience, ideally within customer-focused retail environments.
- Passionate about developing high-performing teams,



with the ability to coach, mentor and inspire others to achieve their best.
- Results-driven, with demonstrated success achieving KPIs, driving sales growth and delivering strong business outcomes.
- Committed to exceptional customer experiences, with a genuine understanding of personalised service and retail standards.
