The role:

Due to continued growth, Eckermann Lawyers' is seeking a motivated Lawyer (1-5 PAE) to join our growing Wills and Estates team in our Adelaide CBD office. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters, supporting our clients with their estate planning and administration needs which includes, but is not limited to:

- preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents;

- administration of deceased estates, including obtaining probate;

- drafting correspondence and other legal documents;

- providing high-quality customer service to clients and managing their expectations throughout the legal process; and

- collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

As a valued member of the team, you will have:

- practical experience or a genuine interest in Wills and Estates;

- strong communication, and problem-solving skills;

- team player mentality;





- excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure;
