Background

Delorean Corporation (ASX:DEL) is an Australian renewable energy company developing, constructing and operating large-scale anaerobic digestion and bioenergy facilities across Australia.

As our portfolio of operating and developing assets grows, we are looking for an AD Plant Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of one of our anaerobic digestion facilities and provide strong leadership to an experienced site team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing clients, contractors and operational priorities in a complex industrial environment.

You will be supported by an experienced technical and operational team. The focus of this role is therefore not simply on being the most technically experienced person on site, but on organising the team, setting priorities, driving accountability and ensuring the plant delivers against its operational and contractual requirements.

A key part of the role will be managing the interface between Delorean, our client, contractors, technology providers and other stakeholders.
