What You'll Do

- Manage and optimise Samsung's authorised service network to achieve key service and performance targets.

- Conduct service partner audits, site visits and performance reviews.

- Drive continuous improvement across repair processes, parts management and service operations.

- Support technical escalations and complex customer issues.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, compliance, training and service outcomes.

About You

- Technical background in consumer electronics, appliances or HVAC.

- Experience in service operations, technical support or field service.





- Strong understanding of repair networks and customer service environments.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Analytical with experience using data to improve performance.
