We're recruiting for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a well-established commercial builder on a major project currently in its final stages.

This is an 8-week contract role starting immediately, overseeing the finishes, defects and handover phase of a large commercial construction project.

You'll be working alongside an experienced site team and will play a key role in driving programme, quality and subcontractor performance through to completion.

The Role

- Manage all finishing trades on site
- Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
- Drive programme and milestone completion
- Manage defects, quality inspections and rectification works
- Conduct site walks with consultants and client representatives




- Ensure works are completed safely and to specification
- Support project handover activities

About You

- Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman, Foreman or Site Manager on commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of finishing trades and sequencing
- Proven experience managing defects and project close-out
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
