About the role

Esprit de Vie Suite House is a private aged care facility with 16 luxury suites offering 24-hour personalized care in Mermaid Waters. This is a Night Duty Registered Nurse role working 2 consecutive nights per week, with willingness to pick up sick and annual leave on an ad hoc basis. You'll be part of a highly skilled, handpicked team setting a new benchmark for personalized, premium care.

Key responsibilities

- Provide clinical nursing care including wound care, continence care, behavior support, and end-of-life care

- Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and the care team

- Deliver personalized, premium care in a luxury aged care setting

- Support residents in a 16-suite community with 24/7 RN and PCW coverage

- Work across all shifts as required

About you

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (RN)

- Experience in aged care

- Experience with high-care and dementia

- Solid handle on care planning

- Clinical expertise paired with empathy and humor





- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
