The Role:

Greenhouse Education is seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver CHC50121/CHC50125 – Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care & CHC30121/CHC30125 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

The position could be full time or part time and negotiable for the right candidate. The trainer will deliver the CHC30125- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification face to face in the classroom in Perth's Northern Suburbs (Mirrabooka, Ellenbrook, Clarkson) area to students who are career minded and seeking this qualification in the Childcare sector.

Responsibilities:

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for providing training and assessment services to students from diverse backgrounds in line with individual training plans and overall program requirements.

In addition, Trainers and Assessors will participate in reviews, validation and continuous improvement of the training resources and assessments for qualifications they deliver and maintain knowledge and practical currency directly related to the industry sector.

Trainers and Assessors play a vital role in shaping the journey of our students. They don’t just deliver content—they inspire growth, build confidence, and empower individuals to unlock their full potential. Through their guidance and support,



students develop the skills and knowledge they need to successfully achieve a Nationally Recognised Qualification and take meaningful steps toward their future careers.

Just as importantly, you’re someone who genuinely cares about people—someone who communicates with clarity, builds meaningful connections, and creates an environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and inspired to achieve their very best.

You will also:

- Have experience in Training & Assessing

- Have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a childcare service (lead educator or management experience)

- Experience working with students from a diverse background.

- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Have exceptional attention to detail.

- Have excellent communication, customer service and people skills.

- Possess organisational and time management skills.

- Able to work well under pressure.

- Work autonomously.

- Be willing to work in various locations within the metropolitan area if required.

Requirements:

- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

- CHC50121 - Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

- CHC30121 - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

- Current driver’s license, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
