Service Scheduler

Lidcombe | Permanent Full Time | On-site Parking

Are you an experienced Service Scheduler or Service Coordinator with a background in the fire services industry?

Join an established national building services organisation where you'll coordinate technicians across planned maintenance, routine testing, reactive call-outs and breakdowns within a busy fire services team.

Previous fire industry experience is essential for this opportunity.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of service works, including:

- Schedule technicians across planned maintenance, routine testing and reactive call-outs
- Coordinate urgent breakdowns and adjust schedules as priorities change
- Liaise with customers and technicians regarding bookings, attendance and job progress
- Raise and close jobs, purchase orders and organise required parts and materials
- Support timesheets, monthly invoicing and accurate service documentation

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as a Service Scheduler, Service Coordinator or Maintenance Coordinator
- Previous experience within the fire protection or fire services industry
- Experience coordinating field technicians within a service and maintenance environment
- Solid organisation skills and confidence managing competing priorities
- Experience using an ERP, scheduling or job management system
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of AS1851 or the AFSS process would be highly regarded,



while experience using Uptick or Pronto would also be advantageous.
