Essential Criteria:

- Enrolled Nurse with current registration through AHPRA.
- A minimum 1 years Aged Care experience
- Experience working within a complex residential aged care environment.
- Experience managing staff.
- Experience delegating to all levels of staff
- The confidence to make an execute executive decisions
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness and knowledge of current issues affecting older people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Intermediate – advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience with roster management.
- Knowledge of ACFI and care planning experience.

Desirable Criteria:

- Knowledge of quality improvement, accreditation systems and OH&S.;
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Legislation.
