How You’ll Make an Impact

- Serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for new and existing clients.





- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for patients with sleep-disordered breathing.

- Guide clients through CPAP equipment selection, setup, and ongoing service requirements.

- Provide follow-up support, education, and advice to patients and their families.

- Partner with local healthcare professionals and service providers to support patient outcomes.

- Maintain equipment standards and promote relevant products and solutions.

What You Bring

- Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, or a customer-facing role.

- A warm, empathetic, and patient communication style.

- Robust listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.

- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new software.
