Finance Systems Manager

Liverpool, NSW | Permanent, full-time

- Take ownership of the finance systems function and its continued development
- Improve finance processes, automation and reporting
- Lead the finance workstream through a significant ERP transformation
- Oversee existing finance systems, integrations and vendor support

This established national business operates across a complex, multi-site environment, supported by an extensive distribution and service network. The organisation is continuing to invest in its systems, processes and technology capability to support future growth.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role leads a team of five and owns the operation, support and improvement of the finance systems environment. You will also represent Finance through the transition to a new enterprise-wide ERP platform.

Duties

- Lead and develop a team of five across finance systems support and delivery
- Own and improve finance systems, integrations and vendor relationships
- Represent Finance across ERP design, testing, migration, cutover and go-live
- Improve controls, data quality, reporting and month-end processes
- Translate business needs into practical system and process solutions

Skills & experience

- Experience supporting or administering a complex finance ERP workplace




- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and controls
- ERP implementation or major upgrade experience, including UAT and migration
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Relevant degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or similar
