About the role
Bring your digital and technical skills to a role where you can make a real difference to teaching and learning.
As a Blended Learning Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing and supporting learning resources and assessment tools within the Learning Management System (LMS) for both accredited and non-accredited courses. You’ll provide expert technical advice and support to educators and stakeholders, helping them leverage online technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
Working closely with Blended Learning Developers, teachers and the Quality Learning and Teaching Unit (QLTU), you'll help develop quality eLearning resources, support teachers transitioning courses to blended delivery and assist students to confidently use online learning technologies. This role operates in a dynamic setting under the guidance of the Team Leader, Educational Design and Technologies.
Selected Duties:
- Conduct daily evaluations to enhance and streamline digital learning operations.
- Ensure all blended learning content meets quality and compliance standards.
- Design and maintain engaging online assessments using eLearning platforms.
- Deliver targeted training and support to empower staff and student success.
- Generate and analyse reports to track performance and inform improvements.

About you
You will bring:
Essential:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Administration, Multimedia development or Online development and demonstrated experience or suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience.
Desirable:
- Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Familiarity with a Student Management System (SMS).
- Experience working with and knowledge of Training Packages.

What you'll need
Successful applicants will be required to provide;

- Must be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
