Silver Star Motors, one of Melbourne’s largest Authorised Mercedes-Benz Agents, is looking for an exceptional Current Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. Someone who are experienced, enthusiastic, and ready to take the driver’s seat.

The perfect candidate will be ready to take our new vehicle operations to increased heights and provide the ultimate customer experience. As well as embracing Mercedes-Benz’ pricing certainty model to deliver outstanding benefits to our customers. We remain part of the Eagers Automotive network, Australia’s largest Automotive Retailer, with dealerships in every state and territory.

As part of our Retail Sales Team, you will show our guests an incredible experience. Our customers are the most important people in our showrooms, and you will ensure that their every need is met. You will be well-versed in delivering Silver Star Service and present yourself with poise and grace. You will be a passionate ambassador for our brand and the extensive history it represents. What You’ll Do

- Build meaningful,



long-term relationships with customers and guide them through the Mercedes-Benz purchasing experience

- Present and demonstrate the Mercedes-Benz range with confidence, premium product knowledge and enthusiasm

- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

- Conduct professional test drives, vehicle presentations and customer handovers

- Manage enquiries, follow-ups and customer relationships throughout the sales journey

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records

- Ensure all sales processes are completed in accordance with company and compliance standards

- Deliver a premium ownership experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Premium/Prestige automotive sales experience is essential

- Proven success in new vehicle sales within a dealership environment

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Exceptional customer service and sales ability

- High level of professionalism, personal presentation and attention to detail

- Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to achieve sales targets

- Drive, energy and a genuine passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand

- A current Australian driver’s license

- A customer-first attitude and commitment to delivering a premium experience
