ENFRA is an energy infrastructure business delivering electrical and infrastructure services across a range of projects.

We are looking for an organised and reliable Business/Project Administrator to join our Darwin team. This is a varied, office-based role supporting our Business Manager, project teams and day-to-day business operations.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- General office and project administration

- Setting up and maintaining project and job records

- Assisting with project documentation, tender submissions and handover requirements

- Accounts payable and receivable administration

- Preparing invoices and assisting with progress claims

- Raising purchase orders and matching supplier invoices

- Assisting with timesheets and personnel administration

- Maintaining electronic records and document control

- Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and project teams

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

- Previous office, project or accounts administration experience

- Experience with accounts payable and receivable





- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Positive Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel

- Confidence using accounting, project and document management systems

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Experience within construction, electrical, trade services or another project-based environment would be advantageous. Experience with Workbench or similar systems would also be well regarded.
