Seeking an AI Solution Delivery Lead to provide technical leadership for the design, development and implementation of AI solutions across Microsoft and AWS platforms. Working closely with business areas, architects and platform teams, the role translates business requirements into scalable, secure and supportable AI solutions, while providing hands-on guidance and technical expertise throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Engineering
* Design and build AI-enabled solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AWS Bedrock and related services.
* Translate business requirements into technical solution architectures, workflows, agent designs and integration patterns.
* Develop proof-of-concept, pilot and production-ready AI solutions.

Technical Architecture and Design
* Lead the technical design of AI applications, agents, copilots and automation solutions.
* Define reference architectures, reusable design patterns and implementation standards.
* Work closely with Solution & Architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

AI Platform Development
* Configure and extend AI platforms including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock and associated tooling.




* Implement orchestration, prompt engineering, agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge grounding and integration patterns.
* Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable approaches for departmental use cases.

Technical Delivery Leadership
* Provide technical leadership across proof of concepts, pilots and production implementations.
* Mentor and guide developers, solution builders and business teams using AI platforms.
* Resolve technical issues, risks and dependencies throughout solution delivery.
